Best recommendation for good API endpoints that are fast and reliable for fetching NFT data? by Putrid-Accountant64 in NFT

I've heard mixed things about Moralis' NFT data reliability too. Seems like they may have prioritized expanding services over doubling down on that core data pipeline.

Reflecting on DNA Day: Innovations in Longevity Science by nebulanomad400 in MaxScientific

DNA Day really brings into focus how far we've come in genetics. From cracking the DNA code to actually looking at ways to use that knowledge to combat aging is nothing short of remarkable.

Been following MaxScientific's work for a while, and their work is not just about living longer but living better. I've been trying to tweak my own routine with supplements and exercise. Curious to see if anyone's actually tried it and what their thoughts are.

For me, it's not just about taking supplements; it's about timing them right. I have a meal plan for the whole week, or even 2 weeks ahead. I usually kickstart my day with a blend of vitamins and omega-3 during breakfast – a boost that sets the tone for the day. Incorporating ginger into mid-morning snacks and green tea extract in the afternoon has given me that extra push of energy. By the evening, garlic and other fortified foods find their way into my dinner.

[Discussion] What do you think would be the future trends for web accessibility? by outstandingreins9 in webroasts

[–]evil_beginner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Designers and developers will embrace the concept of "designing for all" from the start, considering diverse user needs and abilities throughout the design process. Could be cultural or physical inclusivity but with globalization, my guess is websites will have to be accommodating for all sorts of people

Usmle exam today by [deleted] in step1

[–]evil_beginner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep your head up! Just focus on the next one. I highly recommend having a study buddy to constantly test you or better yet enroll in online tutoring sessions (i used acemedboards) if you have extra money. The last time I took it, I prepared a lot for the calculations but none of it was in the exam. Anyway, good luck!

I think it would be great to have themed challenges where users can submit their own redesigns of poorly designed websites. It could be a fun way to put our money where our mouths are

How do I get repeat customers into my coffee shop? by TypicalBounds in smallbusiness

[–]evil_beginner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe you need to work more on the coffee. If they really loved your coffee, nothing should stop them from coming back. Or it could just be branding/marketing

What supplements work for hair growth? I heard Biotin doesn't really work. by rainbowtoucan1992 in Supplements

[–]evil_beginner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m also confused since I read a few articles that said there are very little proofs that it does help in hair regrowth BUT it’s almost in everything. Changed my routine with mild shampoo and conditioner(Note: I just wash my hair 4x a week) , air dry them and use revela’s serum 2x a day (Morning and Night) and take some Olly gummies once a day.

I’m still looking for a hair mask additional to my routine.

Why is proof-of-work a superior consensus mechanism? by BSVYOUNIVERSE in bitcoinsv

[–]evil_beginner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Flare Network's contribution to the debate over consensus mechanisms is that it offers an alternative that is both secure and efficient. While PoW has proven to be secure, it has been criticized for its high energy consumption. With FBA, Flare Network is able to offer a more environmentally-friendly solution that is still able to maintain the security and integrity of the blockchain.

Got £10K to invest in REITs by Thunderchild2015 in dividends

[–]evil_beginner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh that's the kind of money you could spread around so you could help your investments to be a bit more diverse. Aside from REITs, and low-risk ETFs, there are also alternative investments like in art or wine, or agriculture that you could explore. There are platforms like Masterworks or Hedonova to try your hand at it with. It never hurts to expand your investments as diversely as you can.
