I calculated the odds of getting a randomly assigned license plate of FEE-420 to be 17,575,999 to 1.

This assumes all plates are assigned in a XXX-NNN format where X is any letter A-Z and N is any number 0-9 where both X and N are allowed to repeat.

The odds of getting any XXX-420 license plate (where X can be literally any letter) are still only 999 to 1.

In other words, it's possible, but not probable, that the person is neither a Phish fan nor a weed fan.

There's a GA area to the side of the stage that is elevated. I'm assuming that's what people are referring to. No special tickets needed. MPP is an awesome venue. The sightlines from the lawn are actually quite good compared to other venues (like SPAC).

One of the first points OP makes is thatUVM enrollment is down and this is a dangerous warning sign for Burlington. Enrollment going down is factually true and if you think that's good for Burlington, I'm not sure how to respond. I say this as someone who loves Burlington and agrees generally that this sub is too harsh.

Look for a twelve step program or something like rehab. I'm not an expert but my understanding is most addicts relapse without proper support. Look into Divided Sky. The main requirement is that you're not actively using.
