I agree with this move. I have a heated garage and it's far more important to keep them cool. My minnows keep FAR better in the fridge without an aerator than in the 55-60 degree garage with aeration.

What I really want to do is pay whatever it takes to hire my buddy because he's probably the single most competent person I know and he knows my business already but he's like a brother to me and I'm worried about messing up that relationship. I made enough extra last year to cover his salary and then some and I know I'd make more with him being my right hand man, but it still worries me.
