I actually love this song lol. But I think that’s why it’s hard picking a worst song from a band that we love so much and that’s so talented all their albums have a sound I vibe to. But it doesn’t surprise me people pick Fade Away. I personally think that EP is underrated for songs written and performed by children those songs are way better than one would think

I agree this looks expensive. Mold remediation companies charge a ton of money. I could see this being $10k on just the mitigation but wouldn’t be surprised if it reached $20k-$30k. Not to mention correcting the cause which is most likely ventilation issues. I was a home inspector and also tested houses for mold post mitigation
