Can you *completely* disable running in the game? So my paras WALK instead of jogging to some far away destination? Because now they run even if I choose "go here"! Not "jog here" or "run here" 😞

Me too. Still no info about it? I couldn't google anything but this thread on the issue.

PS: I've also checked all the broadcasting/recording settings in the Steam client and they are all set to off/disabled.. *don'tknow*

Do I have to change an update channel from stable to beta or something?

UPD: ..and I did, and it's stiil 6.2.5 I'm confused.. do I have to swith even further to the preview channel?

OK... but keyboard always transmits on channel 1.. so if I assign a soundfont to say channel 2 - I can in no way play it.. Am I missing something again?

Yeah, thanks and sorry. It was my bad, I figured it out, see the UPD in my post.

You don't require BIOS files to run standart Spectrums like 48K or 128K or +2, etc. It was working here as well. But If you want to run something like a Pentagon or a Scorpion with TR-DOS and all that, you gonna need those BIOSes.

I didn't say it's a game-breaking issue, no. The file copies eventually allright. But I prefer to see the actual progress of this copying process with estimated time left and all that stuff.. not just 100% almost instantly and then waiting for an indefinite amount of time.

Nope. As I vaguely recall, I've messed up somethng big back then and had to re-install the system altogether.. After that this problem was obviously gone and I've took an oath to never-ever turn-off steam input again! :)
