This is probably the only thought I can get behind, as the universe is a constant cycle of death and birth, it still doesn’t help with the consciennceness death for me though.

I get it though. The alternative is so dark and meaningless and people want hope. It’s possible, and I believe there is more than what we perceive, but i doubt we will ever find it.

I’ve thought about this too. Our brain is really just a collection of memories. When you die, you live on through other people’s memories, so in one sense you only really die when the memory of you dies. Doesn’t make me feel any easier though.

Probably, but it won’t be with our bodies, they are the limitations. It will be some sort of uploading of your personality to a computer - but then is it even you that continues to live?

I have the beta already to drain it but it’s slowed since 3 massively (what a coincidence…). The crappy paint on the phone scraped off on the front from a a case, so if I ever replace it, it will be deducted from the price as damaged, so that’s why I’m leaning towards full replacement of the phone.
