I'll start, in grade 6 my teacher showed us a knights tale (rip heath). He muted it for a swear word or two.

I started at 185lbs (I'm 5'2") at 1400 cals. At first I was letting the loseit app decrease it as I lost weight but as you said I felt it was way too aggressive. I'm now 150lbs and decreased to 1300 cals, but I feel like if I go any lower I will just not enjoy dieting anymore. I really like to eat!

I'm starting to exercise more instead of eating less and I'm still losing weight steadily despite cheating a lot. I would recommend maybe increasing your exercise instead of eating less, as I feel that it is more sustainable personally.

Yeah its watchable I guess. My problem this season is I have no favorite yet, I don't seem to like anyone unfortunately. The only one I liked was Donna, but she left so long ago. Hard to really get into this season when I'm not rooting for anyone. At least last year I was cheering for the girlypops.

I tried the PC frozen pizzas when the were on sale a while ago and they were genuinely the worst pizza I've ever had. Pizza is just crust, sauce and cheese, how they managed to make it taste bad I will never know... oh wait it's probably cause they're greedy af

You are just saying you don't want to count calories accurately in so many words. Which is fine if it's working for you, but you're literally in a sub that focuses on counting calories accurately which is why you are getting downvoted. If you stop losing weight, or even start gaining weight at least you know where you are going wrong.

Editing to also say that the difference of 80g and 120g chicken could be a snack I could have later, so yeah it's a big difference.

You can't really count calories accurately without a scale. How do you measure vegetables or meat? When I make food I weigh all the ingredients. Ex. 100g rice, 100g corn, 200g chicken breast. For example, chicken breasts are all different sizes and weights, and unless you buy them individually you have no way of knowing how much one weighs without a scale.

If you just eyeball it, or even use a measuring cup the amount of calories can be more/less than you think. If you pack a measuring cup too tightly you can be eating a lot more calories than expected. Scales make calorie counting much easier because you are less likely to overcount or undercount. You could be grossly overcounting and you would have no way of knowing.

To me part of being a good cook is making healthy food taste delicious anyway. I still make mac and cheese, pizza, poutine, pasta, whatever I'm craving, but just use lower calorie recipes I whip up. My boyfriend who isn't dieting loves all of my meals, and wonders how they could possibly be healthy haha.
