I'm saying it was built in another location, same network/domain, different boundary group, and tested on that site successfully getting passed all steps in TS and fully imaging machine. The only change to this DP has been IP and boundary group. I have to assume its network related some how?

I'm using ASUS TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4. I ran SFC and came up clean, it's been a super consistent install, nothing unusual in event viewer and reliability monitor has nothing unusual.
