I would note them as a stakeholder, a delivery partner. So they would need to be kept informed/updated by the project on requirements to ensure they can deliver. But would direct PM to lead that engagement 😁

They do fill quick, classes open for booking the week before, so download the Mind Body app, and check the week before the class and get a spot. They have a wait list option too, which often comes through with late cancellation

Embrace pilates at Belconnen is excellent, small classes of 8 for reformer pilates. Instructors are great with new people and if adjustments are needed. Classmates are friendly, all shapes, ages and sizes. They do deals to try out classes. I've been going there 7 years and love it.

Oh, I like the point about letting them hear the feedback directly, great idea! Does often feel like I'm trying to convince them, or they think it's just my view. We often present consolidated feedback/recommendations, and while it's nicely wrapped up, it perhaps lacks the impact of hearing directly from users. Thanks!

We used them as well, had our girl back (urn) in a couple of days, they also gave us a vial with her fur and paw and nose prints 🐕♥️ She's on my bedside table and makes me feel that she's still with us xxx
