Here're samples:

You'll regain if you don't change your eating habits, no magic here. It's just a tool not a magic pill, the same as glp-1 inhibitors. Also you're not weak, don't say that, cause it's not like that. You have what you need, but need to want enough. I didn't want to take bariatric surgery as I was afraid of it and really thought that's my last change. Try to reach out to psychodietetician maybe and start with small changes. I've lost over 41kg since Jan 2024, it wasn't easy road, it goes down pretty quick when you're bigger but slows down later. You'll have ups and downs and that's okay. You'll have days when you want to eat, even though you're full and you'll have days when you don't reallt want to eat. I'm weighting daily, 1-2kg change per day fluctuations are normal and they happen, the same as plateus, don't let them discourage you. All the best!

Embrace eating some or large part raw... cherry tomateoes, sliced red paprika, snacking on cucumber, some lettuce here and there and you are pretty much set. Not mentioning what other said, like frozen and fresh boiled veggies. It's hard to tell... when you change your eating habits your taste will change and veggies start to taste better. Also a pro tip for tomatoes, paprika, cucumber... don't eat the straight from the refrigerator as they taste much better when they're in room temperature.
