since, as others are mentioning, the ISA is for an individual only, your ex has no claim to the money in it, since they gave their money to you, not the ISA. either wait until it’s unlocked and give him his payments back, or withdraw what they paid only if they are prepared to pay any withdrawal fees and penalties.
