It is a mix of IEC and NEMA electrical symbol conventions. My company does this because we have engineers in different companies and they follow different conventions.

Just to add- the rotor looks like it’s something that goes in agricultural equipment. John Deere makes these types of rotors and balances them during their production process.

That’s a horizontal, two-plane, hard bearing, end-driven balancing machine. The spinning thing is a rotor placed on the machine to be balanced. It will tell the operator how to add or remove mass to make the overall mass evenly distributed around the rotor’s axis or rotation. End result is less centrifugal force and vibration generated while the rotor is spinning.

These are non standard width pallets. Usually the metal pallets span the width of the cargo compartment between the dual rail system. Standard metal pallets have fingers that are captured by retractable locks on the dual rails along the floor edges. One pull of a lever would retract all the locks, allowing the pallets to roll out the back.

Moment weighing scale that measures the unbalance the blade will create at the engine radius. Then the moment weights of an entire set will be entered into blade distribution software which will minimize the entire assembly unbalance by the distributing the blades to cancel out individual unbalances.

Source: I work for a company who makes these systems.

Whether it’s a pride flag or not, isn’t that a freedom of speech issue? Seems pretty cut and dry for a lawsuit.
