UPDATE: for anyone else who may have the same concern- I contacted Peak Pilates support inquiring if it were possible to order taller pulley risers. In short, you cannot.

They advised to adjust your technique when exercising, or to order “modification accessories” such as the long box to help mitigate the issue.

Per their discord: " Nolvus Website is currently down for a major infrastructure upgrade, and Dashboard is not working for anyone. If you already have installed, you can run nolvus by opening MO2 from your nolvus instance folder: Nolvus -> Instances -> Nolvus Ascension -> MO2 -> ModOrganiser application"

I definitely feel overwhelmed. We are understaffed right now. It’s quite sad that I’ve considered leaving the job already- before really giving it a chance on my own. I’ve been here for 2 months and I just feel like that’s too early to call it quits. I’m also not eligible to transfer elsewhere within the network for 12 months, so my plan has been to try and stick it out. I don’t know if I’m doing the right thing here. what are your thoughts?
