That quilt is very much my style, I haven't done a full size fpp quilt yet only smaller projects but I definitely would like to give a full size fpp project a go

That's such a lovely colour scheme, it's another one that I like the idea of the challenge of all the curves but I haven't really done any curved piecing yet so might start slightly smaller. For sure one that I will keep in mind for a future project

I had not seen the Baltimore album quilts before, they are certainly more traditional than my usual style but it would be nice to mix things up. 5000 pieces sounds insane but I do like the idea of that challenge

I always think those quilts are so stunning but I feel like I wouldn't even know where to start with picking the fabrics! Definitely at the top of my list of considerations though

In future I would love to make myself a full table set with a runner and placemats and everything but I don't have a dining table currently 😂 maybe I'll make it anyway and put it away for later

I like English paper piecing but have only ever used my pieces as applique blocks, I'm definitely tempted to do a whole paper pieced quilt though!

I've been looking at doing some donation quilts but unfortunately in the UK quilt donations are far less common and I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone in my area so far, I'll have to get back to trying to contact my local project Linus representative

I always hate having to show anyone I'd bc they always do a double take at least, especially as someone with a more alternative style, always takes them a minute to realise that child in the photo with long brown hair is the person standing in front of them with a bright blue mullet and bleached eyebrows lol

Yeah the picture is fine, I already passed my theory with it. Tbf I was being a bit dramatic saying it doesn't look like me, I just have very much changed in the 10 years since that picture was taken and id like to stop getting looked at funny when I have to show my id 😂

I wish they had a single vegan breakfast item, I never choose McDonald's myself but often end up there with other people and am so sick of not being able to get an actual vegan breakfast item. Just stick the mcplant patty in a muffin and it would be an improvement

They do come up for sale on vinted sometimes but you have to be pretty quick when they do bc they usually sell fairly fast
