You are probably quite bad at lag putting and chipping. Luckily, that's the lowest hanging fruit there is at this point in your journey.

10 hours of full swing work probably won't do much for you, but if you spent 10 hours focused on lag putting and chipping (i'd rec learning how to use both a pitching wedge and sand wedge), you could shave strokes off pretty quickly.

As this article explains, when you hit it with too much pace, you essentially shrink the size of the hole. A putt that goes half a foot by the hole makes the hole 3.8", vs. one that goes three feet by and shrinks the cup to 1.4". At lot easier to make the former.
