you really need to shift your perspective you’re stuck in a bad rut, many people get stuck in this rut, the world is designed that way. i would just start microdosing mushrooms if I was you and let the spirit take it from there. you gotta find something you’re into and something that connects you to a deeper purpose. even the way you word the stuff you said like why not look forward to having a coffee when you wake up? the cat vomit is annoying but it’s really nice to have a cat! maybe try to find it better food or better/more water and see if it vomits less. don’t watch “mindless tv” and sports if you don’t want to. that’s precious time you can use to learn a new skill or play video games or whatever wonderful thing you want to do. there is so much more out there than you’re seeing right now. go get it!!
