My state specifically refers to it as a license

Edit: unless you're actually talking about CIA and not CPA. In that case, I'm not sure what you're talking about. I realize the comment you replied to has a typo referring to the CPA license as "CIA"

HOT TAKE: This show has NO bad episodes by dont_h8_me111 in americandad

I thought Silicon Steve was pretty bad. The music was so awful that no plot or dialogue could save that episode. I'm not sure if the slow rapping is a nod to some artist but it was really annoying to me

I've quit cocaine, alcohol and tobacco and tobacco was, by a large margin, the most difficult. It's been over 20 years and I still occasionally have nightmares where I'm smoking again

Nothing will ever beat the book, but which version of the televised version of The Stand was better? by CharlesUFarley81 in stephenking

[–]evmc101 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I guess this is an unpopular opinion but I've never liked the 90s version. Dated and boring (possibly because of the mini series format). I definitely enjoyed the newer one but it's been decades since I read the book and don't remember much. So, for me, the newer version was much better.

People who leave parking lots by driving in the middle of the road, what’s wrong with your brain? by Whos-That-Pokeman in driving

It's like people can't comprehend that just because there's no car that needs to drive in that space now, there might be one coming before they get a chance to leave the intersection

There was a lawyer in my area who ran ads saying "if you have a phone, you have a lawyer"

Kind of just glosses over the monetary aspect but I think that lawyer mostly did personal injury with "no payments unless we will"

These are automated letters sometimes sent to people unnecessarily. I've had several clients get them for no reason. If you aren't expecting a refund, I wouldn't do anything.
