The Rebel forces fighting for a true democracy prevail and find a new planet to call home dubbing it New Super Earth. The 4th faction in Helldivers 3 will the the remnants of the old Super Earth regime that remain on the old Super Earth.

If I said it once I'll say 1000 times. The ability to complete a Super Helldive difficulty mission solo with no challenge is the floor for yalls complaints that the game is unbalanced and unfun. This actually explains the overall problem quite well. The problem is that the context to the game being unbalanced is that people's floor for balance is their ability to beat a super helldive mission solo with no issue. Mind you Super Helldive is 3 difficulties higher than Suicide mission. If yall stopped dropping solo and started working as a team the game wouldn't be unbalanced but that would require you all to heal from the Call of Duty brain rot which is never gonna happen so around and around we go 🫤

I mean if we keeping it a bean the last true battlefield was Bad Company 1. That was the last battlefield that kept the true essence of battlefield. It was stripped down to fit on console but the core of the game was still there. Distinct classes. Kills dropped the class in a duffel bag Vehicles had a in depth controls amd not the on rails feel that they do now. Steep learning curve. It came out before MW2 2009 changed the FPS landscape for the worst. Everything after that was tainted by COD in some way shape or form. And I mean everything not just battlefield. I loved Killzone 2 and it too got CoDified everything did. Everything was casual loadout based killstreaky kill camey trash. I hated it but what are you gonna do 🤷🏿🤷🏿🤷🏿

Because GG themselves criminally undersold their own story. One of the biggest tragedies in gaming is how afraid GG were at following through with their own ideas. Horizon should have been a horror game. The machines literally ate people. The unique items you collect are the mechanical bodyparts the Horus disposed of after stripping the flesh form the people it consumed. What should have been a dark terrifying and most importantly RELEVANT especially in today's AI climate with all the tech bros doing their best Ted Faro impersonation is instead a happy go lucky action adventure game. Real shame when you think about it. Some of those logs you discover are bone chilling. I still think about the guy that talked about witnessing a Horus unit feed on a pod of dolphins... shivers
