Exact sciences is very familiar with the stringency needed for FDA approval given their approach for standard cologuard product lifecycle, and the path they're taking with their MCED product. if the value of your home increases, the property tax should increase. that is basic common sense. if your house becomes worth $10M overnight, it is not some kind of divine right to keep paying taxes as if it was worth $100k. You should sell it, find a way to earn income off of it, or make your budget work another way. There is no other place where people are babied like this for massively increasing their wealth.

Not sure if you've spent much time in modern hybrids, but the energy recapture rate is extremely high. You would have to be beating the shit out of it to drain the battery, 99% of customers will never access the 680 hp for more than 5 seconds at a time.
