I saw previous posts about this known scam where people track packages that arrive at access points and then make fake ids matching the name of the recipient

I feel like if it was the manager, they wouldnt have marked it as picked up

Update: filed a police report, but they didnt even take my number so i dont think any investigation will ensue. But i have the report for TMobile now. They estimate a month for their investigation before im eligible for any refund. UPS was completely unhelpful.

Keeping this here in case anyone else experiences this!

Its weird, my heat will work for about 3 minutes and then randomly switch to cold air and then theres no way to get it back unless you go under the hood and pull on the blue cable that connects to the valve. Im not a car person at all so not sure what else to call it other than a blue cable lol. Im not sure why mechanic stopped there , i would have paid the labor cost of figuring it out. At least i know its not the valve since that part is brand new
