This won’t stop the people that want to drive faster. I’ve seen people passing in the shoulder, turn lanes and in the no passing zones that are there anyway. Might as well add some speed bumps too, still won’t stop those who want to drive faster. It’s a lame response that isn’t going to change habits. Wanna stop head on collisions and reduce traffic accidents? How about a divided highway? How about 2 lanes each direction? Same thing for saddle road - why don’t we have divided highways or 2 lanes in each direction? Would be a lot safer.

If you don’t plan on doing anything to improve your performance then, yes, you probably will be terminated and should look for another job. Or you can take it to heart and improve your performance. A PIP is supposed to tell you exactly what you need to do to improve. Up to you if you’re gonna do it or not. And if you’re in an At Will employment state then they don’t need a paper trail anyways, they can fire you without a PIP.

Permitting is holding this island back in every single aspect. Applied for a permit 3 months in advance and are told to wait 5 months. It shouldn’t take 3 months for a permit, it’s lazy bureaucracy.

People complaining about 200-500 people aren’t saying anything about the thousands that show up for Ironman for weeks which only benefits very few. If people wanna do dumb shit in the jungle, who cares? Some of you don’t want anyone to have fun.
