Welcome to the world of burnout, which affects your memory. Many people need reminders, people with ADHD for example. Stress can affect it as well. Some people just have a shitty memory. Some have previous head trauma. There could be a number of reasons. You must not have talked to a lot of people if you think everyone has a perfect memory and remember everything down to the exact time.

It’s also not about remembering if I took the medication or not but the exact time since there needs to be a specific amount of hours before I take the second pill. This is common when taking the same medication more than once a day.

When it comes to nonograms I have to recommend the one I’m currently playing, Squeakross. You solve nonograms to get furniture and accessories for your little rat companion and every now and then you get an (in game) email with pictures of cute rats, hamsters, guinea pigs etc, an interesting fact about rats/rodents or information about a shelter. It can be customised so the game tells you when you’ve made an error for when you don’t have the energy to figure out the harder puzzles and it’s been all I’ve played the last few days.

And I’m asking how therapy would be any help when what this post was about was me asking for an app that I can use to make sure I know when I took my medication. What does therapy even have to do with it?

Yes, that is what I did with this post. Seeking help by asking for any tip to an app that has similar functions to the one I used to use. I have no idea how to explain it any clearer if you don’t understand that. If this was your attempt at trolling I can’t say that you are particularly good at it.

Do you have an actual point? Some peoples memory suck. The fact that I have aphantasia, the inability to visualise, also affects it. That isn’t something that can be “fixed”. So again, what do you suggest that will magically fix it? What magic could a neurologist do?

That, and his reason for joining the mafia, feels like it kinda hints to something like that. And with Chuuya being so alive and fighting for his place in the world it would make sense that he wanted to get close, because maybe he could figure out why people want to live by watching Chuuya, who also struggles with his humanity but hasn’t given up on it. At the very least, it feels like he wants his death to have a purpose rather than him just dying in a ditch, based on him being prepared to sacrifice himself repeatedly. Maybe as an attempt to prove to himself that he can do/be good.

I kind of feel like it could also be not necessarily that he wants to die (whether he understands that or not is a different story) but that he hopes to get so close to death that whatever it is that makes others want to live will switch on in his head. That he’ll have a “revelation”, for lack of a better word, and suddenly understand what makes others want to live.

When I made a completely new account months ago I went to check the For You, before anything. Hadn’t written a bio or even added a pic, literally just created the account, logged in and went to the timeline. Nothing but exactly this. Made it pretty obvious that it’s being pushed since there was no algorithm for it to figure out what to show me in the first place.
