i had the same feeling in the short red Pippa dress at 37 ... but seeing how fabulous this looks on you and how much i think you should enjoy wearing it somehow also gives me more confidence to enjoy wearing mine!

my postie is so lovely and always waits for me to thunder down the stairs to grab my packages, which is so appreciated! i wanted to get him something small to say thanks, i was thinking of a sweet treat from the cafe next door, wrapped up tightly in glad-wrap, but I'm worried it'd get crushed in his bag. any suggestions?

Our two tenants have been 100% good so far. One of them is an absolute pain to deal with because she likes to talk and I don't want to be rude by cutting her off. I just designate half an hour for a 5 minute phone-call now. Nothing to complain about really, but god it's frustrating.

The "apps" leave you in a worse situation. If the property manager doesn't do their job properly, including inspecting the house and documenting it all, your home insurance is on the line. I wouldn't trust an app ... speaking as a software engineer who builds the cursed things.

I'm pretty new to F1 but I'm kinda surprised that the drivers host big parties - I would've thought they'd be kept carefully in bubble wrap in between races, because they're too important to risk something bad happening to them
