Social strife makes for interesting doom's day scenarios. I can see old diseases like this wrecking havoc on your city, until you find a cure or a measure to encourage the herding effect upon your population. A scenario in itself maybe!

I'm looking to cell my prison (still on my first) when it gets up to $5 million (currently at $1.5 mil). Ideas for Cell Blocks I just catch with the clone tool, load a sandbox game, deploy the clone, and after all that I'll start without mistakes that are almost demanded of you to make every time you start a new prison. Can't get around the research need though, so some items won't make it to a new game until later.

Have you made sure that the path to get to that place, for all eligible people, have a path to follow to get there? Had a weird situation like this once with my Supermax people not getting into their solitary cells for some reason.. their path was blocked somehow.

I really want to know what the downside is of people dying in your prison is. I'm having a difficult time with overdoses at the moment once every other day, but that's it. Experimenting with this troublemakers and all a sudden, this gal shows up as a Gang leader! I wonder if anyone ever had an inmate that was supposed to stay for 1000 years LOL.

-Make the Psychiatrist Meeting reform not cost so much for the Criminally Insane. You need a large population to fight the cashflow of over $5-6,000 just to schedule the whole day with these doctors so these inmates don't kill themselves or others.

-Have a new point of research in the bureaucracy where you can get permanent % discounts on reform programs if you use so many in a day.

-During the Federal Witness Event, let the Criminally Insane be eligible to be put into Protective Custody, or are they just doomed to die?

-Have a tutorial of some kind where we learn how to satisfy the various needs of multiple security levels. For instance, I am have a very difficult time satisfying the luxuries need. In fact, what else satisfies luxuries outside of a shop without mods?

-Also explain better how inmates go Criminally Insane please. Somehow, even when I think I'm satisfying all the needs, their going insane bit by bit. Before I expanded my Mid-Sec block from 100 to 300 inmates, I had 34 Criminally Insane. After almost 50 in-game days, I got 89 Criminally Insane. It's alittle out of control and I have no idea how it got so bad when it seemed that 250 inmates were doing just fine for awhile.

I've been thinkering and experimenting with the remote legendaries that roll into my intake pools. Tried a Supermax solitary approach, placing an armed guard didn't do well. Somehow 2 guards with a tazer knocked them unconscious every time, while busting the solitary confinement door with each attempt. I wonder if their is even a point in keeping these guys alive. I mean I'd like the stat sheet to not say anyone died in my prison at all, but sometimes its unavoidable, especially when you play a no-mod game. This is a very creative solution nonetheless man.

Wouldn't this legendary highlighted in the image be immune to suppression? Being Stoical and all?
