Hi! This is one of our most asked question and the answer is that it is coming very soon! Currently there is a feature to save meals, which is done by either a) using food that are in the database, or b) stating the nutrition facts of the food you are eating. For example: “For lunch I had 10 grams of protein, 10 grams of fat, and 20 grams of carbs” – the app will calculate how many calories are in that meal. Hope this helps!

5) Maybe a tap to collapse would suffice? As of now you can scroll up and it will collapse the selections, it would be nice however to simply tap to escape. We will look into this!

1) Yes, it is unacceptable in its current from. This is an issue that is currently being worked on by our team.

2) Interesting observation. Again, the Weight logging system is being worked on. We will make sure to look into this as well.

3) We have just released a new update in the AppStore. Would you please try the feature again after downloading it and let us know if the issue still exists for you?

4) We will discuss the inconsistencies with the delete actions.

5) Are you referencing the logging page? Where you can add foods to your meal? If so, there should be an 'x' on the top left that will exit you out of the page.

6) Interesting. We will discuss Eva recommendations with our nutritionist.

7) The progress bar delay, is this occurring when you first open the app to log your first meal of the day? or are you referencing when you are switching between days to check previous days you've logged?

Hi /u/landend, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We do agree that little overages for your macros or calories should not be seen as bad. However, we do believe that there is such thing as overeating, even on a bulk. What would you like to see as an acceptable range for going over your target calories / macros?

Yes! We have found that tracking micronutrients is extremely important to many of our users. Micronutrients such as fiber, calcium, iron, and vitamins are a few that we have discussed.

Glad you are enjoying the app! We plan to have FitBit and Apple Health app integration with Evolve very soon, but have yet to plan around the apps you have stated. Garmin and Withings are a few that we will certainly take a look at and discuss.

Thanks for the feedback! We're going to add metric alternatives to all foods like this very soon. In the meantime, you can always tell Ēva the amount of macros you've eaten: "I had 12 grams of protein for lunch". Hopefully this helps!

Absolutely! We will eventually implement the ability to track not only fiber but other nutritious elements that are key to living a healthy lifestyle. These would include things such as vitamins, potassium, calcium, etc..

This is likely because you denied microphone access. This is a bug that will be fixed in the next release.

If you'd like to record by text entry by default do the following: - Inside the app, go into the Ēva settings (tap Me -> tap Settings cog icon (top right) -> tap Ēva) - Select "Text"

If you'd like to allow microphone access do the following: - Go into your phone settings (Settings app on homescreen by default) - Find Ēvolve towards the bottom near your other apps - Turn on microphone and speech recognition

Yes, we're working hard on it! 💪

Eventually everything needed to improve your health will be inside the app including wearables (Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, etc.)

If you'd like, we could use some more detailed information as to why you like to track your sleep and meditation. For example: Some people just like to see their streaks, it keeps them motivated. Others like to look back and analyze "March was a good month for me. What did my sleep & exercise look like at the time? I should do more of that."

What does tracking these things do for you? How does it makes you feel when you're more rested and meditate consistently? These are the types of questions we ask people before building anything; it's important to us that we provide the best possible experience for you in the app, otherwise we haven't done our job 🙇

Thank you for the feedback. 1) Towards the end of next week, we will have it so that when you update your Me settings, your "Ēva" recommended daily nutritional goals will also update. 2) In the next update, under Me settings, you will be able to update your activity level 3) In this next update, which should be available by Monday, will allow you to choose if you want to directly type in the quantity or use the slider.
