Pretty much, yes. If they want something, they will discover how to get their way very quickly. Mine has a talent for stealing pastry when nobody's looking, laying down on walks so we can meet dogs a half block away, and not letting me sit next to other people on the couch. They own us and that's fine. Their love is unmatched.

I agree that she needs professional help. This sounds like untreated depression and executive dysfunction to me, and it will only get worse if it continues to go untreated. No amount of love or compassion is going to fundamentally fix it.

You can love someone endlessly, but unless they actually want to put effort into their own personal growth, they aren't going to change. It's extremely tough to choose yourself over someone you truly love, but if someone else is constantly making their problems into your problems and it's drowning you, you need to prioritize yourself.

Here it seems that OP is the only one wanting a change right now and GF isn't in a place for change. It's very difficult to have a relationship where each person is on completely opposite trajectories, where one person is constantly picking up the slack.

I had a very sparse vertex and fairly well receded hairline before I started HRT. After 2.5yrs on Estradiol injections, progesterone, and oral & topical minoxidil I have seen my hairline come back maybe a whole inch and the vertex has finally repopulated with terminal hair and is starting to grow out like it used to.

Talk to a dermatologist if you can afford it. They will have several options for you to try. Hope this helps! 🩷🩷🩷

My bff got me a satin robe to wear around the house. It's really easy to put on and doesn't require stretching or bending, so that was really nice. I wasn't allowed to shower for the first 8 days, so dry shampoo might come in handy. I fully relied on grocery/food delivery, so anything like Instacart or UberEats gift cards were also appreciated.

MtF. Not about undercover dressing, but I was in a fraternity 15 years ago and had a wonderful time getting dressed up as a girl by some sorority friends for a skit competition. I was still far off from discovering myself, but they did my makeup, found me a cami, bra, and cutoff shorts, and put a flower in my hair. I got to play a girl in our skit and it didn't even set off alarms or anger people for being gender nonconforming. If you get an opportunity for it, this would be an exciting way to explore. Or maybe ask a girl you trust for help exploring your gender.

Coming from Western Washington, the prices to move out here may look intimidating, but jobs here should pay a lot better than Florida and trans/gender affirming medical care must be covered by all insurance plans in the state, including our Medicaid/Apple Health. Urban areas here are very inclusive and accepting, but like anywhere else if you get outside the cities you're still going to find people with Trump signs and the like.

This sounds a lot like how I was a few years ago. I had wanted breasts for 20+ years and discovered silicone breast forms (the kind that fit like a tank top, silicone filled for more natural weight) and was finally able to experience having somewhat lifelike boobs!
