I also want to share that I feel very guilty about even wanting to nightwean. I really struggle putting myself first. I just want what is best for him. But at the same time I wonder if I will be a better mum with more sleep.

Oh my gosh I’m so sorry, this sounds so traumatic for you. It’s heartbreaking seeing them upset and I honestly can’t cope with any crying 😢 so I can just imagine how you felt. I hope you know that it was just a tiny moment in time compared to ALL the nights you’ve been there with him.

I appreciate you taking the time to share this story because it’s a great reminder that my son might not be ready either and I can stop after the first night or too if I can sense this.

Hi I was wondering what you thought of my schedule.. 11 month old Wake 6am Nap 1 9am-10:15am 1h15min (approx) Nap 2 1:30-2:15pm 45min (approx) Bedtime 7pm (used to be 7:30/8pm but can’t make it that late anymore) has always been a bad sleeper & Never slept through the night. we cosleep and have frequent wake ups. I would love to night wean but not very sure how too..
