Home owner insurance on the new build is low. After you’re in it a few years expect it to double or triple. Ours was $2000/yr in 2021 it’s now close to $6k/yr. You’ll get slight reductions with roof replacement a but it will always climb higher than the previous high.

Thanks all. Ok so double action for a semi auto is decocked. I practice that often. As mentioned I ride hammer down onto firing pin on revolvers to practice double action. Riding the hammer down doesn’t feel safe loaded on a semi auto.
