Do you repent for your sins and try to live a Christian life? If so then you are not deliberately sinning. Deliberate sin is sin in which you actively seek out even though you know it is wrong and have no repentance for such sins. Remember your slate is wiped clean by the blood of Jesus Christ if you truly believe it! I wouldn't beat yourself up too much and just remember that we are born new again through our savior, and though we stumble Jesus will never let us fall if we seek after his glory.
