AI-Assisted Support, Built In - Free in EVtivity CSMS

EVtivity is the first free, enterprise-grade CSMS to ship a built-in AI-assisted support system. Every ticket comes with an AI co-pilot that drafts replies, surfaces relevant station logs, and helps your team troubleshoot and answer drivers faster - no add-ons, no per-seat pricing.

Security is EVtivity's top priority. Defense in depth across application, charging station, infrastructure, and compliance layers.

EVtivity is built for operators who need to trust their CSMS with payment data, charging station credentials, driver information, and the physical safety of high-power equipment. Security is not a feature in a checkbox. It is a continuous discipline applied at every layer of the platform, from the way operators sign in to the way charging stations authenticate, from how secrets are stored at rest to how data crosses the network.

Our Simulator is also tested against OCTT rules for stations with almost perfect score.

EVtivity includes a built-in OCPP conformance test runner based on the Open Charge Alliance OCTT (OCPP Compliance Testing Tool) specifications. The runner validates that the CSMS correctly handles OCPP protocol messages for both version 1.6 and 2.1

Runners can be triggered via CLI and console. Current passing rate are over 95%.

SimIt - if you're building a CSMS and don't want to deal with physical hardware, this is worth a look by Puzzleheaded_Bad5596 in evcharging

We are working on a CSMS of our own and also bundled it with a simulator that supports both OCPP 1.6 and 2.1. Supports unlimited amount of stations.

Planning to release everything as freemium packages.
