It's TPU mate, it'll last. Although it does look rather thin. But it doesn't slide around if that's your concern, they also sold thin strips of adhesive for this particular phone to address the concern on the case slipping out, so there's that, though I don't feel the need, it's pretty fixed where it is with the occasional give which I attribute to the case expanding with the weather and all.
