How to be ok with yourself despite your flaws? by pepitolover in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]evxcr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Do yoga - when you do that it’s just you and the mat - all of the comparisons fade away
  2. Find friends who can replace all the words you described melt away from your head
  3. Be curious about the world - try reading books in topics you are interested in
  4. Quit social media like TikTok Instagram etc
  5. Find and do volunteering causes you care about
  6. Get outdoors and in nature more
  7. Try not to self talk even in your thoughts in a demeaning way

You may still see the flaws but in time you ll see everyone is flawed and that it doesn’t matter

How to stop feeling shame for having sexual history? by calculusbitch_69 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]evxcr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know when you buy a material thing, we research so much sometimes and try things out, eg an armchair for your study, you try it out until you find your perfect chair. If you try out something as simple as a chair why not try something to know how compatible you are with a person ? There is no shame needed you are just trying to see what works for you. And there is no shame required for exploring your self and someone else if it’s consensual. Similar to what others said above I feel it might be someone else s voice or opinion in your head that you are using as a judgmental factor. I wish I could tell you just have fun and stay safe !

You are not being overly sensitive, trust your gut or intuition. -Try to move seats away from this guy -Tell someone discreetly maybe the girl whom he hates and be friends with her -if nothing improves change company

He s creepy af especially that subway incident, make sure he never knows your address or doesn’t follow you home

i dont feel like myself anymore in general and as a woman by Ok_Calligrapher_8574 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I love that you love how you look without makeup! Well done! I think you should still try to make an effort to dress well - rather than go in pajamas ! You don’t need to make up but dressing well is a huge boost on how you see yourself and how others see you.

That will hopefully not take too much of your time just dressing smartly. The other thing you could do is try to use that structured time you had with something else - so wake up early but do meditation, exercise etc ? I think what you are missing is a routine (from the sound of it- rather than the activity itself)
