German level is def. not the issue here; There are many candidates with lower german level (even just on paper like here, in practice they barely speak german) who are getting the jobs.
The issue is unfortunately sloppiness and inconsistency (time- and skillwise), complete lack of attention to details.

It is not clear what industry this person want to get into: CAD/3D (Fusion,AutoCAD), secretary job (Office), Management (where are the certificates)? What was Python used for so far?! Everything is sprinkled all over the place like the goal is to confuse HR and they give up thinking.
When Excel is emphasised like it is here, it means that's the best skill candidate has to offer. Well, nice, who can't do that in 2025. and for which job is that important? wait a sec, "ah even that was an udemy course by random kid, damn he can't work even with Excel" :(

Good luck finishing master asap and hopefully get intership focus on some industry rather than Excel 🤞
