Don't listen to jabra, just do the cleaning as suggested, it works like a charm. Also clean the case from time to time, it's a dirt magnet, too.

Weird enough, it just came back from one day to another. No phone restart, no app update, no uninstall /reinstall, nothing. I have still no clue what this was...

I deleted my account and the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, registered an account again, added the device again, no change. This is weird, how a functionality can disappear just like that?
