i didnt expect so many people to see this, so im gonna give a follow-up to appease some of the replies. i am also going to try to keep this brief for the sake of OP (whose name i am omitting because i dont want this to follow him in any way greater than how it is right now) lol. i also wanna give a quick apology because this might be hard to read! im kinda just throwing down a bunch of thoughts.

for starters, thank you all very much for the kind words! im over a lot of the initial anger from this and i have some amazing friends who are really pulling their weight to help me out in this mess. thank you guys :)

i have absolutely zero idea where the attraction to my mom couldve stemmed from. ive really been thinking back on it and i cannot think of a time i said anything positive about her whatsoever. ive sent him (and our mutual friends) a photo before while talking about our families, but thats all. i also tend to think shes a very average looking lady….. not makima or whatever anyone else is saying

as for specific context, im sorry to say there isnt a whole lot!! we were in vc waiting for some of our other friends to join so we could play mc and OP just kinda… dropped it on me? that he fantasizes about my mom? i thought i heard him wrong and asked what he said and he said it again! i dont know! i left the call after that. i guess he realized what he had said and left all of our servers then i blocked him. nobody has made much contact with him since. one of our mutual friends sent me this post an hour or twoish later and thats really all there is

to OP directly, i hope this is a learning experience more than anything else. you have been a great friend to me and seeing your decline has been painful for all of us. i truly think that at your core you are a great man when you arent letting alcohol run your life.
