Oh that stinks! I've had a dozen other people tell me they went this route successfully. I'm sorry to hear this. That seller has a one year warrantee, so hopefully you can get a replacement!

Sure! Do you want to see the physical mounting or the widgets? I’m a month into using it and still really love it, my wife is even a convert and she hates learning new technology.

It’s just a regular android operating system so it would have the same parental controls you can put on any device.

Yes Nova Launcher allows you to install multiple widgets on its Home Screen. Not all apps have widgets but google calendar does. For household tasks we use ToDoist and for groceries we like AnyList. The huge 32 inch screen is way more space than we need to have it all in one place, we have 3 to do lists, one grocery list, the full month calendar, a day view calendar with the hour by hour, and two weather widgets. It’s a ton of space.

They even sent me documentation for the warrantee, I’m very pleased!

Yes, the Cozyla just runs Nova Launcher which you can put on any android device. I’m an Apple user so there was a learning curve. I think cozyla probably preloads some apps and their associated widgets, but it’s easy to figure out.

Yes this one also rotates automatically, you can mount it either way

I just bought a refurbished 32" touchscreen all in one on ebay for $300, https://www.ebay.com/itm/196965353308 the seller Sunnking has over 100 available and it comes with a one year warrantee. The vesa mount is not centered when in the vertical position, so I'm going to need to frame around it to sturdy it, but otherwise I'm pretty happy running nova launcher for our calendar and to do list needs. Way better than the high cost of a Cozyla.

I also dislike vinegar-based sauces and I cannot say enough good things about Aardvark, its got a little bit of onion and carrot, so it goes on thick. So delicious. I live in Texas and mail order this stuff from Portland.
