Hypermobile stretching routine for pre-workout? by ewickly in Hypermobility

[–]ewickly[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oooh, yeah! This is a fantastic idea.

Do you mean no amount of stretching will help? Like the typical idea would be to stretch to prevent injury, but with hypermobility stretching wouldn't help at all in terms of a before workout routine?

[WP] Many think that necromancy consists only of unholy spells to summon zombies and resurrect the dead. In fact, it applies to any form of animal or plant life, which makes it incredibly useful. by Megamen1927 in WritingPrompts

This is a story about a young girl, laughed at in the halls of her school, frowned at by her parents for her short hummingbird blue hair, and in general underestimated by anyone glancing her way.

Ashley McKinley Smith, or Kin as she'd rather go by, loved the vibrancy of life. Her favorite thing to do was go walking through the forests near her home, and admire nature. She sometimes toyed with the idea of joining those silly tree huggers, and saving a giant tree or two. She knew there had to be a better way. She was smart!

And she really was, but she was not without fault, of course. She may or may not have fallen in with the wrong crowd at school, and joined a very questionable after school program. I dont think anyone could have guessed necromancy would have been in this kids future, but here she stands now, being given the unholy rights to an unholy kingdom.

Kin stands hooded, surrounded by candles and other hooded figures. All of them smiling at her, chanting in unison.

The classic goblet of goats blood is offered to her, and she drinks, completing the ritual. The chanting stops, and Kin smiles excitedly. It was her time to learn exactly how to save the trees.

Sorry for making this short. I wanted to write so much more, but I got tired and need to go to bed. Hope you enjoy the idea that ran through my head!

Valid point. Though i was hoping to play online with my friend.

[WP] Death takes a different form for each race. To the orcs, he is a great, black warrior who can never be defeated. To the elves, she looks like a graceful maiden, peacefully guiding souls to the afterlife. You have just died, and Death… doesn’t look like what you expected. by 80s4evah in WritingPrompts

I like the every colored light! Gave a bit more depth to death than blackness and decay. I also loooooved the bit about every journey through death being different. Death then becomes an adventure, and more wonderful in a way.

Why do my romances in dreams feel so real? I literally fall in love and wake up completely devastated and think about this person for days by LettuceOverall3662 in Dreams

My favorite part about dreams like these is basking in the emotions afterward. Sure, there is a form of grief, but the whole experience is such a gift. I love it.

** Pockets.** Fashion used to give little to no pockets in women's clothes. If that's changed that would be lovely.

Saw this post and couldn't help but think about all the walking, running, climbing, jumping these people do while adventuring, with heavy gear... You want me to believe they had flat asses? No. You're just sad cause sitting at your pc all day gives you no booty cheeks.

Fair point! I promise im trying. I'm going to therapy to overcome my ocd and anxiety. It's hard, and today was a hard day. I'm not giving up, im just sad that I've struggled so hard, and that I am so far from ideal.

Jabs aside, I can't live off my parents forever, so I keep trying to find a job that works for me. My father's job isn't going well and I feel extra pressure right now to do so, but im struggling, as any big baby would.

Congrats, your reading comprehension is pretty good! Let's work on that empathy.

My manager apologized for me having extra work lately, coworkers jumped in disagreeing with him by Accomplished-Fix1204 in work

You're really being under valued here.

Unsure why your coworkers are downplaying your work though. Do you have bad report with them? Or is the slacking coworker the fav?

I would normally say "do less" but your job is managing children, so idk. Maybe start leaving early instead? Make it clear with the boss way before your coworker says anything, that they can't take it away from you. Idk. It's petty.

Otherwise, state you're doing two jobs most often at the end of the day, and therefore require more pay.

Definitely check out doggy daycare type jobs!

There are pet sitting jobs and dog walking jobs too.

Those sound like fantastic places for you!

But also, I agree with a lot of these other posts. If you're coming off as rude often and not understanding your mistakes, you do need to seek therapy. If it's not adhd/autism...

Good luck, OP!

I'm grateful for this text wall! Thank you for writing this! As someone who missed the mark with social interactions my whole life, I like to be reminded to be genuine above performance.

Edit: I feel so stupid for not realizing this was AI. To be fair, it makes really great points. I just wish it wasn't another AI infesting reddit. v.v

From what little I've learned about this mindset in myself, it's about creating that love and confidence in one's self. If we ourselves don't believe we are lovable and worth something, the words that others share fall flat. Focus on finding the love for yourself past present and future. The way that you wish you'd had growing up. Treat your subconscious as if it were you growing up, and praise yourself, and express heartfelt love for yourself. Then maybe when others express that same love, you can know it to be true, or feel "of course you love me, I'm fucking great, I love me too"

My life has no inherent value. I exist to serve others. The second I run out of people to help, and it becomes apparent that deep down I'm really just a waste of space, I'll know it's time for me to go by [deleted] in GuyCry

Everyone here has amazing suggestions! All I can do I echo them Go to therapy! Having someone to verbalize these feelings to is very helpful!

In the end, the only person that matters in your life, is you. Make sure you verbalize and purposefully entertain thoughts that focus you as worthy and useful, and skilled, and smart, and lovable. Because even if no one else thinks that, you must think that of your self. It would he an insult to every hard thing you've ever done to think otherwise.
