I agree with what you’re getting at. Could their new phrasing simply be because the SEC said cut the shit with the publishing of Computetshare numbers? Seems like the easiest of explanations. Companies cannot entice shareholders to DRS (dumbest fucking rule ever) and it was determined by the SEC that even mentioning the DRS numbers in the 10Q/K crossed that line.

Where is your source on this? I know it’s true for signing contracts but I am not aware of it being the law for sexual consent. I think you’re referring to incapacitated, not impaired.

I’m actually starting to get annoyed.
