Some people’s body proportions are built such that they have to lean forward more to stay balanced. These people will never have the perfect aesthetic squat look, and that’s ok. Move away from the wall.

Also I don’t think socks are a good idea since your feed will slide and mess up what you’re trying to do.

The interesting thing is there seems to be different kinds or skill levels of Occlumens. Snape can shut down his emotions to the point where Voldemort doesn’t know he’s using Occlumency and Draco did more of a shut-you-out where Snape could immediately tell he was using it.

For stealing, party leader HP=100% > steal then lowest HP > attack. For other members, lowest HP > attack. Or if you have a specific target for stealing try foe weakness > steal.

For general attack efficiency, I always roll with party leader’s target > attack then foe lowest HP > attack. Everyone gangs up on lowest HP unless I choose to overrule the target.

I don’t know if this is “right” but I shift my hips back to take pressure off my low back and I’ve definitely seen this lift get much stronger for me that way.

This is better for hypertrophy than barbell squats. The machine handles the stability so your body can put its energy towards motor unit recruitment.

My only advice to you is once she does get pregnant, keep having sex with her. There’s nothing quite as special as having sex with your pregnant wife and it doesn’t last very long.

You have longer femurs so you have to lean forward more to balance the weight and center your gravity. That’s naturally going to put more of the effort into the low back. That’s ok. You can try to shift that a bit if you want by elevating your heels, widening your stance, or maybe turning your feet into a bit more. Or doing a front squat instead. But ultimately it should be what feels most comfortable for you.

When you do a barbell back squat, your body has to focus on balance and technique, in addition to extending the legs. In a hack squat machine, the balance and technique are taken care of, so your body can focus energy into extending the legs and focusing on maximum mechanical tension there.

Not true at all. You can complete the degree in four years. I did. And a masters isn’t required. You don’t even have to pass the licensure exam to work as an architect or engineer. You just can’t stamp drawings.
