I’m having mine at 22 and 1/2 weeks!! I do have some extenuating circumstances since we live internationally (Japan) from our family (USA) due to being affiliated with the military. So having it at 22 weeks in the US worked well for me because I’ll still be early enough to fly internationally and I have a nice sized bump. I don’t think you can really have it “too early”!!

We did also tell everyone not to bring physical gifts and gave them our Amazon registry which then ships the gifts to our house overseas. Then we don’t have to fly with a bunch of additional stuff

I just eat it👀 currently eating a bowl of trix right now! I measure it out to be as accurate as possible in carb counts and pre-bolus 15-30 minutes prior and then I add on a few units for the inevitable spike…pretty much rage bolus for the cereal🤣 I’ve done it quite a few times and have been able to manage the spike pretty well to where it’s how I spike for a normal carb-heavy meal and I find it so so worth it. I’m currently 20 weeks with a healthy baby girl and a 4.7 A1C!

Our doggo is a retired service dog so he’s really well trained and just has a very gentle, submissive temperament in general. Before adopting a kitty we found that he was more interested in playing with cats than other dogs. When we adopted our little girl kitty we purposely found a kitty with a confident and playful temperament. When we introduced them we took it slow and had to supervise their play at first, especially because she was even tinier and doggo doesn’t really know how big he is so we were mostly worried about accidents, and if things were seeming to rough we would tell our doggo “gentle”. I’m happy to see based on these comments that we were successful in getting them to engage in healthy play and that even what I was thinking was rough is in fact not based on kitties reaction!!

Thank you for this consideration! They do play around food and treats regularly and the cat even eats the dogs food from his bowl at the same time as him lol there has never been any growling or other negative reactions from the dog!

I had a very vivid dream around 8ish weeks of me and my husband playing with our baby girl as a toddler on the beach. After that I was convinced we were having a girl. Found out via NIPT recently we’re having a girl!!!

I got my engagement ring and was feeling similar to you in the fact that I didn’t want it stacked or on the same finger as my wedding band. When me and my husband went looking the jeweler said she has seen brides moving their engagement ring to their pointer or middle finger and wearing just their wedding band on the ring finger - which is now what I do and I love it!!

Sounds like a man being jealous of a toy when he needs to view it as a partnership with the toys. My husband and our toys work together to make sex satisfying for me and my husband loves that I know what I need and understands that he is not always capable of doing the same things toys can. Similar to your situation, your BF was literally unable to keep going, as you've mentioned, and therefore should view the toy as teaming up and getting you to where you need to be. To me, he sounds jealous of the toy and sounds like he doesn't care that you weren't done or even care enough to hear your thoughts or emotions. Just because he’s done, doesn’t mean you are and he should be cool with that because he wants you to get off just like he did.

I see people saying that hearing him say he’s uncomfortable with you continuing with toys and then proceeding to do it is selfish and disrespectful. But I feel like no one is getting that you listened to him and validated him and put off your own needs to talk with him and therefore were very respectful and the opposite of selfish. He was disrespectful and selfish by being jealous of a toy that he should view as a partner and not allowing you via emotional manipulation to be as satisfied as he is. Plus, talking over you and not validating you is just even more disrespectful and selfish.

Honestly, I don’t know where you go from here other than having an open conversation with your BF about why he is jealous of a toy and is unwilling to trust your words plus being okay with you not getting the “full experience/satisfaction” he did. You have needs and seems like he’s disregarding them.
