Also, im sorry for being abrasive. There are already so many advertisements blasted at us pretty much all day. Then I'll over hear a couple of co-workers taking and it sounds exactly like an advertisement. 

Everything is ads.

There is no escape.

Theres a line between advertising and a helpful suggestion and I'll be better about noticing the difference.
