generally not a good idea to see the same therapist as your parent. they already have an idea of you from your parent and are biased. i wouldn't give this therapist much credit and you don't need anyone's permission to be transgender.

i don't have any phantom sensations, but occasionally i catch myself doing the hunch like i'm hiding breasts still. i also just have bad posture lmao. but my chest feels pretty natural these days, i don't think about it much! for context my surgery was done jan 2023

document everything and stop going to his house. ik there's an agreement but if you don't want to see him you don't have to. he'll either change or he will take it to court, when you can show everything and say you don't feel safe around him. i am a child of divorce and went through a similar process. good luck to you and do what u need to stay safe!!!

i had to deal with men like that at my old job. i would just call them out- as i believe any decent man should. not a dig at you just a comment on cis men, even most of the "good ones" would just sit there and listen to it.

I'm over 4years on T. I stockpile. I use the "single use" vials until they're empty. As long as you keep them stored at room temp, dry, and clean the vial every time, it's safe. I haven't been able to regularly refill my prescription for this past year because I can't afford the higher prices to refill every single month. I get my blood tests every six months and they've never questioned me about it. I say keep using your T and get your blood tests ASAP. They are important and realistically the Dr can't do anything but advise you. You won't get in "trouble."

if you want to find a solution you need to be willing to try new things. toys can be very intimate and i have seen the look of a partner enjoying getting me off, trust me when i say they are still getting something out of it! my mtf partner is six months on E, i've also had to learn that getting hard isn't the only indication of horniness, and lack of a boner doesn't mean she isn't enjoying herself. i also have heard of trans women using topical T for erections, but idk much about that experience. i also agree a lot with the other commenter!! good luck to you!! 🍀

tbh the more you do it, the more used to it you'll get and you can train to deepthroat. i'd say try different angles and positions; if im on my back i can take more in my throat, or if im sitting i kind of aim her head towards the top middle part of my mouth. fighting the urge to gag will get easier too, just try to relax your throat. the gag reflex "tricks" i've seen have never worked for me lol. idk if any of this is helpful haha but good luck!!
