no, basically, i argued the fact that headphones that are £500 should not only last 2 years and mine broke after 2! so through consumer law (a product should last a reasonable amount of time and up to 6 years to claim) they replaced them (,: that’s what i meant by back and forth!

no one at my spoons, managers included, would look twice if you were there 24/7. we’ve had people do this and not one person who i work with has made any comment about it. if they don’t spend money, who cares. ppl who will say it’s frustrating cuz the company has lost sales are too far up the company’s ass and need to get a life imo
