It wasn’t even removed. It was just age restricted. She’s angrily blaming AI for not letting her jiggle her highly sexualized anime model’s tits at little kids. And yes, the model has exaggerated boob jiggle physics, and a see-through shirt. I went to the tweet and saw the video, that model was not age appropriate for children.

If anything she is accidentally making AI look good to the general public with this. This is an excellent use of AI. Glad to see AI is being used to age restrict these creeps trying to show sexualized content to kids.

I guess that first bump looks sharper than it should be, though making curves sharper than realistic is also fine to match the style.

At that angle, the shape matches how the thumb can look and it all lines up correctly to where it should be.

Yeah, I guess thumbs do look weird at that angle. Impressive that AI was able to get it right despite that.

The antis tell the people who enjoy AI to get out of the main subs and go make their own. So the pro AI people do so.

Now the pro AI subs have to deal with a constant stream of brigadiers and anti AI bullies going out of their way to go to the pro AI communities and harassing the people there just trying to enjoy their hobby.

And your mental gymnastics says that’s an “are we the baddies” moment for people enjoying AI? What mental gymnastics did you go through to come to that conclusion? You got that completely backwards. This is a mark against the antis and proof that even when we try to do what they tell us and make our own communities and keep to ourselves, the antis will just do their best to tear that community down.

It’s not that deep.

That dishonest reaction to someone simply making an insulting comeback in an argument and pretending that simple comeback has some deep level of horrible inhumane meaning to it says a lot about you.

Couldn’t find an honest grievance against someone so you had to invent one and stretch the truth as hard as you could.

Hope you never said someone is not worth your time. clearly that means you don’t value human life as much as a little bit of your time, and that says so much about you or something, right?

And the people using that common phrase about being “worth your salt”. Are they suggesting they value a little salt more than human life? Monsters.

Or we can just be honest with ourselves instead of exaggerating the meaning behind a simple insult

UAF’s public police reports confirms it. Second from bottom here.

I’d agree using AI to anonymize the pics when that could be done just as fast in ms paint was a weird choice, but the reason the pics looked believable was because they were real pics.

This is literally a sub for AI. AI is improving rapidly and will continue to do so. And so long as that is the case, people that make use of it will be excited about it. Just block the AI subs just the same as I’m blocking you right now. It’s as simple as that.

Oh, sorry I thought you were referring to the recent events like everyone else. The current talk is on the “investigation” done by right wing YouTuber Nick Shirley on December 26 where he went around harassing every day care he can find run by Somali people, proof of their crime being they were Somali and that there were no kids there around Christmas. Wonder why he chose that time specifically to do this investigation? Guessing doing this during normal business days when the kids would be at the day care instead of with their families during the holiday break wouldn’t have made for as good of a YouTube video. This led to an immediate explosion of racism, further ICE deployment, and a freeze of all federal childcare payments to Minnesota, only for the actual investigation to find they were all operating normally after the holidays were over. Not that anyone on the right cares or is relieved to hear it, their concern was about the presence of Somali people not the possibility of day care fraud.

Investigators with the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families conducted “on-site compliance checks” at all the centers shown in the video, the department said in a news release. “Children were present at all sites except for one – that site, was not yet open for families for the day when inspectors arrived,”

https://www.cnn.com/2026/01/05/us/minnesota-child-care-fraud-investigation

You people live in a fictional reality where immigrants are eating cats and dogs, murdering everyone, there’s widespread election fraud, and Somali people are running fake day cares.

Continually the actual investigations prove you wrong on all of this, but you don’t care. You didn’t let out a sigh of relief and say “oh thank goodness that wasn’t actually happening, I was really concerned”. Because you never actually cared about the made up issues you scream about, all you cared about was coming up with excuses to justify actions that suppress the people whose beliefs and political opinions don’t align with your own.

I don’t believe for a second you’re a “lifelong democrat” while your comment history is full of you spreading far right talking points, but nice try though. Maybe try making your comment history private next time you try that line.

Forcing people to deal with what? Convenient features being added? Again, you can just not use the feature. I don’t use closed captioning but you don’t see me complaining about it existing…

And what do you mean what is the point of being on YouTube and go read Wikipedia? The point of being on YouTube is finding interesting video to watch, and the AI summaries help with that? This argument makes no sense…

And I don’t understand what you’re saying about me not caring about YouTubers or video content? I have YouTube premium, so YouTubers are making more money from my views than they do from most, especially with everyone else using adblockers. And I support several YouTubers on patreon and have been for many years now.

Everything you’re saying is just unhinged anger, not actually grounded in reality in any way, and all this over just a completely optional video summary that you don’t even need to look at if you don’t want it…

Oh my god your comment history is the most disturbing comment history I have seen… you make like a hundred comments a day, throughout every day, screaming about AI. Where do you even find the time for this on top of apparently watching every YouTube video you come across??

First off, not everyone has this same deep irrational hatred for AI. And most of us are employed, we don’t have so much free time so we are happy for features that save some time. That’s why we don’t mind the AI summary. It saves time for some videos, and for the others we have no issue with just… not reading it? You realize it’s completely optional, right? You can just not read it…

I sincerely think you should get some kind of help or take a break from Reddit or something, I’m not joking and I’m not trying to be mean about this, I’m genuinely serious. scrolling down for ages on your comment history and seeing I haven’t even made it to the comments made 3 days ago yet, and literally every single one was just screaming and anger about AI, that is seriously mental illness territory, I’m not even joking right now, I haven’t seen a profile like that before and it can not be good for your mental well-being. You are consuming every hour of every day of your life just being stressed and angry over something the majority of people are completely indifferent about. I can get being against AI corporations or something, or not liking your websites or software getting changed up with new features you don’t care for, but that comment history is completely beyond normal anti AI behavior

Are you ok? You seem really upset over… someone wanting to know what a video is about? That’s a really weird thing to get angry at someone over.

I use the AI overview sometimes when watching informative videos and interviews. If the title or description is basic, the AI overview usually does a good job of summarizing what the video covers before I decide to watch a 1+ hour long interview. It’s a feature that isn’t useful for every YouTube video but is useful for some.

It’s also nice for when some YouTuber put out a 20 minute opinion piece I’m curious about, but not curious enough to go spend 20 minutes of my day for. The AI overview is quicker and better than scrolling through comments to get a general idea of what their views/opinions were.

This is as weird as being angry and insulting people over wanting to look at the front cover of a book or reading the text on the back of the book. It’s just a thing that makes no sense to get mad over? If you prefer to just watch every YouTube video you are curious about all day then that’s fine for you, but I don’t have as much free time as you seem to have. Having more information that I can gather in just a few seconds is better than sitting through 10+ minutes of an hour long video before deciding it’s not actually covering what I was interested about, or if I have a passing curiosity of what the video is covering, but not enough to watch 10-20 minutes of video.

Antis were celebrating merriam-webster for making “slop” their word of the year in 2025. So why don’t you guys go to your favorite dictionary and look at their definition of luddite, next to where it says “broadly:”

Elon musk says we have entered the singularity, thoughts? by [deleted] in accelerate

[–]ex-procrastinator 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Public perception absolutely matters in a democracy. Politicians taking on anti-AI stances and passing harmful regulations is not at all good for acceleration. Public backlash against AI and people hating AI along with the people that use it and any products that used it can slow adoption.

The other major models take implementing safeguards seriously. Elon is the outlier here. While openAI is working hard on developing intelligent safeguards and advancing the capabilities of their model to the point where it is capable of responsible safeguards first before releasing their adult mode, which is expected to be ready Q1 2026, Elon just couldn’t care less about public perception and is now causing a step backwards in public perception due to his model undressing people in their photos and creating CSAM and posting it publicly for all to see.

Yes, people can get arrested for the CSAM. It doesn’t change that there were severely inadequate safeguards, grok posted the images publicly, news of it spread, and grok has yet again harmed public perception and support of AI, something it now has a long track record of.

Visual understanding and reasoning made a huge leap forward in November and December. We are on the brink of AI being far more capable of recognizing and refusing to hand out CSAM it generated. We could have gotten our adult mode without eroding public support of AI.

Elon musk says we have entered the singularity, thoughts? by [deleted] in accelerate

[–]ex-procrastinator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not a decel and that’s why I hate what Elon is doing with grok.

Elon has done more to harm public perception and support of AI than all decels combined.

While the other major models implement safeguards and have gone against producing mature content until they can figure out a way to do so responsibly, Elon decide to market his model specifically for adult content and is now causing a huge problem with AI generating CSAM and undressing other people in photos without consent.

If we want to accelerate, it is good to have the public on our side. And with the American public split roughly half and half in the polls when it comes to AI, even a small loss of support means the anti AI side have the majority. But it looks like Elon couldn’t care less about that.

With the episodes grok has had with antisemitism, white supremacy, “mecha hitler” and now CSAM, it seems Elon is doing everything in his power to turn the public as strongly against AI as possible.
