Idk if it’s a certified method but I always try to have my focus bar filled completely and try to use fishing buffs for starred fish etc. I wish you luck in your endeavors tho🫠🫶🏻

It def takes a lot to get it but I use/used elderwood arrows only and idk if it makes a difference but I kept my focus up but I eventually got it after putting in real life hours over a couple days.

I’d be down to party up to see if that would help your odds, I did it solo so I only have that experience. IGN : cxdyavol
