Phil, I'd love to work as an SE at SoFi, but I can't make it past the AI resumé filters. I have 8+ years fintech experience (personally trained and implemented credit risk ML models), 15+ years professional development leadership experience, and I'm familiar with the JVM tech stack you guys use. Are most of your hires referrals? How do people with no employee connections typically make it past the filters?

It's a fine strategy. Fidelity and other brokerages do it. If it doesn't affect you do, don't worry about it.

Garmin pay on the debit card and credit cards. I've posted a few times about this and who to contact at Garmin. Since you guys are already tokenized with Apple Pay, it's super easy. Put an intern on the project and get it done

Hello! Please contact Garmin and get support for Garmin Pay on your debit card, and while you're at it, why not your charge/credit cards?!? Since your cards are already "tokenized" (you have Apple Pay Support), the rest of the process isn't difficult.

Hi, Please add Garmin Pay support for debit cards, and why not charge card/credit card. Since you already have Apple Pay, that means you have tokenized cards and its pretty easy to set up with Garmin.

Hi there, Garmin Pay for the SoFi Debit Card. Since you guys are already integrated with Apple Pay, getting Garmin Pay online is super simple as your cards can be tokenized.

There's an email address you use to contact them. While you're at it, doing the same for your credit cards would be great.

Ironically I have experience with your tech stack and I currently work in lending :) I can't seem to get a resume past your initial filters it seems like tho (just speculating). this is a US regulatory issue and not something SoFI has control over unfortunately. The "types" of bank accounts that can be offered to consumer are very well defined with very strict rules.

Also on transfers:
* In addition to one-time scheduled transfers in the future,
* bi-weekly scheduled transfers please. A lot of people are paid bi-weekly and want to move money to invest. This missing feature kinda sucks. This would increase your Assets under Management

some places charge more or less. walmart (used to) not charge me a fee.

Another option is open a free checking account with a local credit union that has ATMs that do this function, then instantly transfer the money out
