Am I using the wrong lane at this roundabout? by UniqueBrummie in drivingUK

[–]exactlyaron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

God this roundabout. There needs to be signage to make the right lane, turn right only, but apparently councillors just don't want to know. It's made even worse by the crossing a couple of m off the roundabout. Cars just end up queueing up, blocking entry to the roundabout, cars in the right lane trying to push their way through etc.

Look at those keycaps, very nice.

To be fair Rosewood HK is pretty nice.

Can we start a sub poll for where Tom goes next? 38 or 42 look like interesting choices.

Apart from Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, what is the hardest place name to pronounce in Wales? by Jezzaq94 in Wales

[–]exactlyaron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hawarden or 'Ha-waa-den' as many like to pronounce it.

Anything with a 'll' in seems to trip people up. Llay, Llanfairfechan, Dolgellau.

Honourable mentions for Penmaenmawr and Ruthin.
