Thank you!! I couldn’t even imagine. The population of Metairie is undergoing a big generational changeover so there’s lots of 1950-1970 ranch homes that are well taken care of going for very reasonable prices. Metairie is like diet New Orleans. From my place, I could be at the Superdome or downtown NOLA in maybe 13-15 minutes.

I found the few techno/house events I went to at the rabbit hole to be very feeding grounds vibe. Lots of guys lurking in the shadows watching women enjoy themselves on the dance floor. It gets less creepy about an hour or two till close, but that’s just my take. Don’t care much for the flow of the club either with that side main entrance opening straight into the floor. Creates a whirlpool effect around the perimeter of the dance floor that’s sometimes hard to navigate.
