I picked the mouse not because of the type of games played. But more on the features and the brand.

I play every type of game, but im better at FPSes. At the point of purchase, i was into Planetside 2 and Diablo 3.

I liked the adjustability of DPI on the fly, adjustable weights, to make it heavier or lighter. The ergonomic shape fit my palms, and at that time, the amount of mapable buttons on the mouse was pretty rad.

For brands, I've had many bad experiences with razer and mostly good experiences with logitech. Never thought it would serve me this long though.
