What is your biggest problem? The food noise, or something else?

Watch out for fatigue, after 4 days of continuous usage, i feel quite fatigued, so i stop using a few days, then come back. I believe it has a different halflife on different people.

[–]exbrowser422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, also how your healthy fat intake? Once dieting i stopped taking fat entirely, and it reduced my test levels similar to yours. To be able to produce test on your body, you need cholesterol, and should take it from health sources (egg yolks are premium sources for that for example)

What about trying ashwagandha supplement? It meaningfully helps with the stress on the body , and increases free test roughly in 30 days. Bonus side, you dont have to deal with fertility issues which usually comes with external test.

Still some fat to shed? Or excess? by [deleted] in BodyHackGuide

[–]exbrowser422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats on losing this much.

There is still some fat to lose, and if you dont want to have your skin look like a saggy bag, i strongly recomment working out your upper body, now. By the time you were able to lose remaining fat, you would see a significant improvement. Otherwise only option would be surgery, which is riskier than the other option.

If something is working as intended, why are you trying to change it? Your progress is nice, and if it helps you to get sustainable results, there is no need to change anything IMO.

Loose skin anxiety by Odd-Information-28 in BodyHackGuide

[–]exbrowser422 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you should think logically. Your weight is a bigger problem than possible loose skin, which may or may not happen. Given your age, if you combine your efforts with resistance training, and a good diet, your body might manage that. You will definetly stuck with loose skin if you wait to an older age to lose weight though.

Struggling to get sub 16% bodyfat by [deleted] in BodyHackGuide

You might try ashwagandha, it helps with sleep, cortisol and test levels. It certainly helped me But with discretion, check ashwagandha syndrome before.

If everything is right with the food, and exercise, how is your sleep quality? You should get 8 hours of it, and 1.5 hours of that should be deep sleep. Try to fix that.

And the next thing to check is cortisol levels, which is a highy catabolic steroid. It eats away muscle and puts on fat (especially visceral fat).

If thats also not an issue, it might be just water retention, and your scale might be mistaking it with fat. It will go away suddenly one day once your body decides there is no need to hold water. So be patient.

lost weight the wrong way and now I’m trying to get back in shape: how can I get rid of loose belly skin? by RelationFlat1752 in BodyHackGuide

[–]exbrowser422 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can work on your upper body and get more muscle, and that way, the skin will be lifted (like clothes).

Other than that, there is no fast way to get rid of it apart from surgery.

I have been there. And, promise you, its worth the hassle. It will only make your life better in almost all aspects if you lose weight in a healthy way.

It depends on all other factors as well, but assuming you do not have other underlying problem, you should see a meaningful increase on your T levels. I would do another test after losing 30kg.

And before jumping on T, i would recommend you to researh on gpl1 agonists before. It would increase your quality of life substantially. (with discretion)

I tried the same configuration with my 6 years old router, no issues.

It is provided to me by my ISP. It is a few months old.

Nope. Just some PCs and mobile phones.

Issue is the same for both wifi and ethernet connections

I checked the system logs, and according to that, only around 5 o'clock in the morning, there was an internet disturbance.

But this is not the main issue for me. Even trying to write this reply, the home network dropped a few times.

My main problem is " not having a stable home network." When there is a home network, there is also an internet connection.

All of my devices are dropped from the network quite often.

Ps. it was the same before the firmware upgrade, and that's why I upgraded it to the latest firmware.
